The cottage is attractively presented throughout, with bright, modern furniture in the lounge, a well equipped kitchen and two pretty bedrooms with colour co-ordianted soft furnishings. The gardens are fully enclosed and look out across the sea.
Ground Floor: With electric radiators and convector heater and comprising:Lounge: with Freeview TV, DVD player, electric fire and views towards the sea.Kitchen: with electric cooker, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine, tumbler dryer and dining table and chairs.Bedroom 1: with double bed.Bedroom 2: with twin beds.Bathroom: with shower over bath, WC and heated towel rail.
All electric, bed linen and towels included. Travel cot available. Enclosed lawned garden with small burn, patio and garden furniture. Parking for two cars. Strictly no smoking. One pet welcome at an additional charge of £25 - to be kept on a lead at all times. NB: there is a small burn to one side of the garden - young children may require supervision. NB: There are two steps in the garden.
