Lovely cottage with all you need, great views. Cottage was warm and clean with a welcome pack on arrival. Parking needs a little care as space quite small.

Our weekend as a family was completely wonderful. The children really loved that the seaside was on the doorstep. Jill was incredibly thoughtful and heated the house for when we arrived. The place itself was quiet and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The walks from the house were beautiful and there were a couple of routes we took which we all enjoyed. I would come here again.

Response on behalf of the owner; Thank you for your frank feedback. The issues with an unreliable caretaker have been completely resolved. We have a caretaker who is passionate about the house. Please give the house a try again and see the new kitchen.

Nice house and location but very little for children even in the summer. Cleaner needs a bit of a push as we couldn't get in until 4.30 as she was still cleaning but I guess she forgot to hoover! Otherwise the only issue was parking and the shared garden. All neighbours walked passed your patio doors to gain access to their properties and to leave also, which was a little off putting.

This is a lovely, comfortable house with fantastic sea views. It has lots of little touches to make it a real home from home, and is very child friendly with more then enough room for all five of us. The house is perfectly located to explore the island but it's also situated close enough to the coastal path, pebble beach, pub and life boat station to have lots of fun filled days without the car. The owner couldn't be more helpful and was full of advice and ideas on things to do. We would and have, recommended staying here and hopefully we will be back very soon!

Great location in centre of lovely village, very close to coastal path, friendly pub, great food at Ann's Pantry. House is clean and spacious with the bonus of off road parking space as many don't offer this
