The cottage was for sale and clearly unloved. Front garden a foot high with weeds, from house walls too and paint peeling off sills. Windows very dirty Parking for 1 car but a very small space only suitable for a small car. Exterior seating badly in need of care. Cushions on sofas were very marked and dirty. Lamp in double room hanging off wall and glass shelf in twin room dangerously loose. Hanging space in twin room insufficient for even 1 guest Large hole in curtains, double room I had to put batteries, which I purchased, in 2 clocks and a fuse in sitting room floor lamp. Bulb out over cooker. I could find no PAT stickers on appliances. Welcome Sheet from owner, so out of date, most of content no longer applicable. Cottage needs Wi Fi as no mobile signal. This cottage is of an inferior standard compared to the many others we have rented, (usually 3 different ones each year). I think for the price, this cottage is poor value for money. Though I must applaud the housekeeping team for their speed of response in providing a coffee pot and tea pot and the welcome pack.

We have four kids between the ages of 6 and 12 and it was perfect for our needs. Great views, cosy village, nice walks and beaches close by. The kids missed the internet but we didn't. Very reasonably priced.

We had a lovely holiday in the cottage. Even the weather was beautiful. The cottage was in a great position with lovely views . It was clean and well equipped. We had a problem with a piece of equipment and it was quickly and efficiently dealt with , and with no disruption to us. Would certainly return and happily recommend to others. The bara brith and milk were appreciated. Thank you.
