We got exactly what we expected from Moorland View. A cottage full of character, you may call it 'rustic', set in the hamlet of Twitchen. A wonderful retreat, which is far from civilisation if you want quiet, but close enough to the 'moor or coast if you wish to explore. Highly recommended!

A lovely place to stay and get away. Lovely views and an ideal base to explore Exmoor from. Can walk from the cottage and see Ponies, Deer and Birds of Prey.

Very cosy with lovely moorland view as described plus excellent garden for a dog. Facilities need updating however and property not really suitable for mobility problems - very steep stairs and shower over tall bath.
