Situated back from the road between Sandown, 2 miles and Ryde, 4 miles, both renowned for their popular sandy beaches and family entertainment. It is an ideal holiday base for exploring many attractions, the rich variety of local scenic walks across countryside to the chalk downland and the stunning coastline, or if you prefer, relax in the large garden and simply savour the lovely view. Shops and pub 400 yards.

    We really enjoyed our stay at molesleap, very clean, comfy and well equipped, the views were lovely, we even had a seaview, beautiful garden, which our dog ruby enjoyed, great to see the little fox cubs in the garden, john was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, he really made our stay very enjoyable, hope to go to molesleap in the near future, we just really had a lovely holiday on the isle of wight with all the lovely places to visit.

    Moles Leap is a compact self-contained apartment connected to the owner's house (above the garage). The apartment was more than adequate for a couple, with or without a child, possibly even two. It contained all the usual appliances and was clean and in good decor throughout. It is well-sited for exploring the island, being on the main road between Shanklin and Ryde, while the views from the rear of the property are quite beautiful, looking over to Bembridge. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

    Having spent two weeks at this lovely location we are looking in our diaries as to when we can return. The location is great for visiting all areas of the island as it is centrally located, has off road parking and the use of a beautiful back garden for your dog (must be kept on a lead though as you wouldn't want your dog getting through the hedge). Culver Down & Brading Downs are on your doorstep and offer good off the lead walks for your dogs. The local pubs are excellent for both food and quality beers (Yarbridge Inn & Kynges Well inn both dog friendly). The cottage itself is well equipped with all you need, the shower is a mixer shower (as opposed to the weaker electric showers so is most welcome after a long walk). The owners of the property are so welcoming (John & Margaret) and made us feel completely at home. We got lucky with the weather (June 10th - 24th 2017) and spent many hours watching woodpeckers, baby fox cubs & glow worms in the beautiful back garden during the late evenings. I would offer a list of recommendations about the Isle Of Wight but they are all provided in the helpful literature within the accommodation including a folder detailing numerous walks around the location that has been written by the owners. Spotlessly clean & a Smashing place to stay & explore the island!

    Delightful accommodation, with everything that we needed for our week on the Island. Wonderful hosts who were always available to answer our questions about the area. Stunning views from the lounge window and the garden.

    A lovely little flat ideal for the three of us. Enough space to eat and hang out comfortably, a huge garden for my daughter and the dog to play in. Nice modern kitchen with an oven and hob and a fridge/freezer. The couple that run it are lovely and went out of their way to be nice to us!
