This is a lovely house with all modcons our only criticism would be the fact that there is a high fence which obscures your view from the ground floor.

It was the end of the season and the stairs carpet was looking particularly grubby but apart from that we loved it.

Stayed over the Easter Bank holiday - three adults and 4 children aged 4 to 10 years old. We went to the Dinosaur Adventure World to make the most of the Friday (approx 40 mins from Wroxham), enjoyed the Bure Valley Railway (5mins walk away) combined train journey to Alysham and then back to Wroxham for a 2hr cruise which was thoroughly enjoyed by all. Despite the brisk weather we braved Great Yarmouth (approx 35mins) which provided good old British seaside fun for all. The accomodation itself was lovely and very well equipped with games and information although we only discovered them hiding in the cupboard on the last evening! Also treated to a visit from a very friendly heron at the end of the walkway outside of the house. All in all a very lovely break and would definately visit Wroxham again.
