Set in a pretty hamlet with corner shop, once found it is a very comfortable, well equipped property. About an hours journey to many of the North Wales attractions, it is well located, being only 15min drive from Llangollen which is a beautiful town with lots of pubs, restaurants and shops. The nearest town of Corwen is only 5 mins away with bakers, supermarket, takeaways and pubs. We felt very comfortable and at home in the property and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Min afon is a really lovely house, the open plan living area worked very well for a group of 4 generations. The games room was a great escape for a teenage boy holidaying with the 'oldies. The bedrooms were good sizes, not large but comfortable and the 3 twin and 1 double worked well for our group. We did miss a garden but had fun paddling in the steam. Everyone we met, from Heather, to the bin men were so friendly, including the lady in the village shop, which is a well stocked traditional village shop. The only thing that we will have to consider before returning to Minafon is whether the 86 year old in our group will manage the stairs in a years time, they are a little steeper than normal but not a problem unless you have mobility difficulties. With carefull parking we managed to get 3 cars parked outside the house.
