Milnamair plus and minus + central, short walk to shops You can get wi-fi, you just have to put password in while in the kitchen Friendly owner, who lives next door Reasonably clean Good sized main bedroom and kitchen has large table. Parking for two cars, but narrow entrance. Lots of towels and linen in cupboards ( a bit excessive? Space-Wise) __ electricity sub- station over fence, made a constant hum like a extractor fan Is this safe for toddlers? We had a 2 year old in our party. Garden is very overgrown despite it being mentioned in many previous reviews The front entrance especially. Garden furniture is grubby and tired. No hair dryer. Unfortunately the shelf space is taken up by plastic flowers, ornaments and lots of old dried flower displays in cupboards, should all be flung out!

We had stayed at 5 Milnamair about 3 years prior to our recent stay and enjoyed both of our stays there. It is convenient for the town and also the supermarket near bye. The good part of the location is it is close to the Grampian Hill region and not too far from Perthshire and both of these areas have plenty of places of great interest to visit . We drove from the south of England and our return trip was around 1200 miles without the daily trips out and about but to me it was worth it. I left Craigo near Montrose 60 years ago to join the Royal Corps of Signals but I always feel that Montrose is my home. I was also able to visit cousins and friends I had not seen for years.
