The Barn made a great base for visiting National Trust properties and the Cotswold villages. The beds and settee were comfortable. The property was very warm. It was everything we could have hoped for.

We stayed at Milliner's Barn with our young children. The property is well equipped with everything you need and felt very relaxing. We particularly liked the enclosed garden making it very safe and secure for the children to play. Lots of activities supplied that are suitable for young children too. A lovely location surrounded by fields where you can watch the sheep or cattle. The local pub is a short walk away serving very good food. We very much felt at home during our two week stay. Landlady of property was very helpful and supportive to ensure we were settled.

Ideally situated for our type of holiday. Relaxed, comfortable facilities for three retired and active people who enjoy cooking for themselves as well as eating out. Our slow cooker accompanies us on all all trips like this. How lovely to come home after a day walking or sightseeing to the aromas of a meal ready to eat! Beds were exceptionally comfortable, well equipped kitchen (don't be frightened of the Aga) and plenty of space to relax, both inside and out. What more do you want?

Milliners Barn was a very comfortable single storey barn conversion with beautiful country views. There is one large superking bedroom (twins made up together) with a bathroom with shower over bath next door, plus a smallish double with small but functional en-suite. Plenty of wardrobe space. There is also an internal door which effectively separates the two sleeping quarters so ideal for 2 couples together. Gas woodburner in the lounge was very effective, but the radiators kept the barn very warm anyway. There is an AGA, but for novices like myself, there is also a standard oven and hob. The lounge is very comfortable with a decent sized TV. We felt that some areas of the property were a little tired and could do with maintaining, however there was nothing that spoilt our enjoyment of the weekend. Whilst we were staying in early March and enjoyed better than expected weather, we could obviously not make full use of the patio area..this looked like an ideal and enclosed space to spend time in the better weather. There is a decked area running the length of the property at the back and some seating to the front too. We were very lucky to find that after our first day out sightseeing, on our return there was a ewe and newly born lamb in the area just behind Milliners Barn, so we enjoyed watching them bond over the weekend!!
