Milliners Barn was a very comfortable single storey barn conversion with beautiful country views. There is one large superking bedroom (twins made up together) with a bathroom with shower over bath next door, plus a smallish double with small but functional en-suite. Plenty of wardrobe space. There is also an internal door which effectively separates the two sleeping quarters so ideal for 2 couples together. Gas woodburner in the lounge was very effective, but the radiators kept the barn very warm anyway. There is an AGA, but for novices like myself, there is also a standard oven and hob. The lounge is very comfortable with a decent sized TV. We felt that some areas of the property were a little tired and could do with maintaining, however there was nothing that spoilt our enjoyment of the weekend. Whilst we were staying in early March and enjoyed better than expected weather, we could obviously not make full use of the patio area..this looked like an ideal and enclosed space to spend time in the better weather. There is a decked area running the length of the property at the back and some seating to the front too. We were very lucky to find that after our first day out sightseeing, on our return there was a ewe and newly born lamb in the area just behind Milliners Barn, so we enjoyed watching them bond over the weekend!!

My wife and I shared the cottage with another couple whose friendship we have enjoyed for many years. We were all very happy with the cottage and its facilities, particularly the AGA in the kitchen and the gas heating stove in the Lounge. The weather was unfortunately dire and limited our activities in the short time (4 days) that we stayed at Milliner's Cottage

Milliners Barn was a very good location for exploring many interesting towns and attractions. It was very comfortable and warm with the Aga, and there were a lot of nice touches such as the kitchen cupboards labeled with their contents and the tea cups and pot set out for our arrival.

Very pleasant cottage in great rural location with good access to the Cotswolds area ; very spacious lounge; kitchen had everything, double bedroom a bit cramped but otherwise fine. Very quiet and private location. Hot water supply tripped out a couple of times but easily reset; water supply to shower in bathroom was a bit temperamental but no great problem. Railway station in Evesham provides access to Oxford or elsewhere if had enough driving.

The location of Miliners Barn makes it perfect for touring the beautiful Cotswolds. The accommodation was well equipped, however for four adults holidaying together, another sofa or a more comfortable armchair would be beneficial. On the whole the Barn, although full of cobwebs (which we vacuumed ourselves), was clean. The bedding and towels were spotless.
