We had a great holiday at Millers Cottage. Lovely, cosy cottage at a great location for exploring the Cotswolds and Warwickshire (even London is within reach +/- 2 hours). The cottage is perfectly suited for a party of four adults. Six is a bit too small, especially considering the size of the living room and kitchen. Plenty of space upstairs however (also nice to have two bath rooms). Only recommendation would be to replace the matressess on the single beds - they were somewhat less comfortable. Would definitely come back again, so much more to explore!

In a lovely location; Shipston is a delightful place to stay. A large co-op and delicatessen means you are well provided for. Very peaceful. Parking is rather tight.

Great, clean and well equipped cottage. Disappointed on arrival as only chamomile, or green tea on welcome tray, we would have liked ordinary tea or coffee instead. Wonderful location for local shops and for visiting the surrounding area. A short history of the cottage would have been welcome.

We enjoyed our stay and liked Shipston a lot as a Cotswold town - not too showy, nor full of tourists but with all the facilities for a family with a young child. Overall, Millers Cottage was very nicely presented and of a high standard. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all good, although my wife did manage to head-butt the sloping ceiling in the large attic bedroom. The kitchen was quite small. Thus it would not be practical to try to get 6 adults round the kitchen table for a meal together. We had a couple of suggestions for little improvements. We knew that towels would be an extra charge so we brought our own. However, we didn't realise that extended to tea towels & it would have been helpful if that had been clearer, as we didn't bring any. It would also be useful if the freezer had a couple of ice trays.

A beautiful and well equipped cottage just a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Shipston, and an easy drive from places like Warwick and Stratford and other Cotswold villages. A little warning that one of the parking spaces is VERY tight. We were warned about this, and it was no problem, but I think you would struggle if you had two large cars.
