Mill House Annex is situated in a very unique location on the very banks of the River Endrick near the hamlet of Gartness, on the edge of the Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park. Mill House Annex dates back to the 1800’s when it once was a working mill producing textiles. The water wheel has long gone but evidence of the water ways and structures can still be seen. The property is quaint and quirky with thick walls, floors which run off at different angles, ceilings of varying heights and even a few stone steps to take you up from the lounge into the kitchen area. Stable doors lead out to an open mature garden area and the river side is only 3 metres away.
