These 4 outstanding holiday homes (refs 28634, 28635, 28636, 28637) are situated on the Teesdale Way in a Grade II listed, detached, Victorian house which was formerly a mill owner’s house. The wording of the description of the cottage didn't explicitly state that it was effectively a bed sit in a shared house.

The cottage is in a good location handy for Barnard castle and river walks, the upstairs flat has an unloved bland living space and the tv is tiny. The whole place would benefit from a facelift. We were kept awake for 2 nights by loud snoring coming from down stairs and left early we did not stay for the third night we had paid for. Disappointing.
