We had a brilliant holiday. Relaxed and chilled. Will definitely go again. WiFi needs sorting but again it was nice to be away from our phones!! First time up that part of the country and we loved it xxxx

It was a lovely cottage . Very clean and comfortable. The owners Sheila and Hugh were accomodating, very friendly and welcoming. There was a problem with the wifi/ broadband and Sheila was straight onto it. Was a great jumping off point to Hadrians wall and thereabouts. (I.e long Meg and her daughters and the epicurean Roman fort). I would recommend the cottage and would stay again if I was ever back that way. Thank you.

The overall rating did not affect the biggest problem ie. Completely jammed rear garden patio doors.
