Very comfortable stay at Midships, which is a character property with long rooms. It's just a minute walk (if that!) from the beautiful beach; amazing walks and very popular with dog walkers and families. There are a few pubs opposite, but very quiet in the evenings, so you won't be disturbed. Local delicatessen very good with fresh fuit & veg, also for meat or as a cafe and situated at the other end of Instow. Lovely stay and would definitely visit again, although parking tricky. Enjoy take away fish & chips from the pubs to admire the views.

We had a great time and the cottage was lovely. couldn't ask for it to be closer to the beach. The decor was great and facilities too. The only one problem is the tread on the stairs have been worn down making it slippery I fell down them holding my 6 Month old. Luckily no one was hurt.
