The Bungalow was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay there.

As with our previous visit to "Merlins", we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The peace and tranquility of the area is exactly what we look for when we arrange our holidays. The bungalow and it's equipment available suited us to perfection, so much so that we have tried to arrange a week in March 2017 to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary, but are devastated to learn that the property is not available to book next year. We sincerely hope that it does become available again so we can enjoy more holidays there.

This bungalow is in a very good location; very peaceful and offers large rooms and benefits from 2 bathrooms, one being en-suite. The conservatory is a lovely spot to sit and relax and with the doors opens lets you experience the garden & wildlife and it catches the sun all day. A variety of birds visit the garden, especially if fed. It is well equipped and, unlike some, provides towels for beach use too. The village centre is within easy walking distance and has some unusual/different shops. They may look small but make sure you go into them as most of them are very large inside. Burnham Market is in a ideal location with much to see within easy travelling distance. Best beach in that area - Brancaster. Plenty of good places to eat; Deepdale for breakfast, Burnham café and other places within Burnham for lunches/snacks etc and the Nelson pub is very good for lunch or evening meals as is North Creak Abbey just up the road. This is a bungalow and a location that we would re-visit.

good location but we thought the high pricewe paid it would be something special but we have paid less and had better. poor tv signal bathroom in ensuite needs updating as it had a odd sink and toilet and sealant round shower tray needs fresh sealant. fridge does not work properly because when weather is hot food goes off especially dairy products which went off so we lost some our food. we were informed they had a problem with moles on the lawn and traps had been set but the problem was that they could not see the traps as the grass was long it needed cutting so if anyone with sight problems or with young children they could have tripped and the borders needed weeding.(there was a dead mole in one of the traps it was decomposing) the outside water butt was full and when it rained the smell from it was foul and it spilled on to the path making it slippery. these are health and safety issues.

Great little property, excellent for my 92 year old mother as everything on one floor. The village is quite nice and it is easy to visit other places. The bit of equipment missing for today's living was the Internet. I could use my mobile phone network but connecting to my iPad would have been better.

Lovely cottage, although found the flooring cold and bathrooms needed a clean in my opinion.
