    Enjoyed a wonderful week in this lovely bungalow. So spacious,clean,well equipped. The conservatory was a great asset to be able to sit and relax and feel you are in the garden.

    As with our previous visit to "Merlins", we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The peace and tranquility of the area is exactly what we look for when we arrange our holidays. The bungalow and it's equipment available suited us to perfection, so much so that we have tried to arrange a week in March 2017 to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary, but are devastated to learn that the property is not available to book next year. We sincerely hope that it does become available again so we can enjoy more holidays there.

    This bungalow is in a very good location; very peaceful and offers large rooms and benefits from 2 bathrooms, one being en-suite. The conservatory is a lovely spot to sit and relax and with the doors opens lets you experience the garden & wildlife and it catches the sun all day. A variety of birds visit the garden, especially if fed. It is well equipped and, unlike some, provides towels for beach use too. The village centre is within easy walking distance and has some unusual/different shops. They may look small but make sure you go into them as most of them are very large inside. Burnham Market is in a ideal location with much to see within easy travelling distance. Best beach in that area - Brancaster. Plenty of good places to eat; Deepdale for breakfast, Burnham café and other places within Burnham for lunches/snacks etc and the Nelson pub is very good for lunch or evening meals as is North Creak Abbey just up the road. This is a bungalow and a location that we would re-visit.
