Quiet country lanes can be enjoyed by cyclists and walkers and an abundance of wildlife can be seen locally. Glorious beaches and harbours on the North Norfolk Coast, boat trips on the Norfolk broads (Wroxham 6 miles), the quaint town of Holt with its interesting shops, freshly caught crabs and Cromer with its seasonal end of pier show are all within an easy drive. The children will love the treetop adventure park BeWILDwood, and also a hillside animal sanctuary is nearby. Blickling and Felbrigg Halls (NT) are within a 20 minutes’ drive. Shop 4 miles, pub and restaurant 200 yards.
