Positive: Nice and spacious cottage. Good level of comfort. The owner was helful in trying to find us places to visit. Negative: No private garden Too many notes to read without stating the purpose, leaves you to speculate (eg. details about children). Needs a BBQ. Never been to a cottage without a BBQ.

The location is great , the owner (who lives next door) was amazing. The property is very spacious however the decor is dated and the showers weren't very powerful. We had a Fairly large group and there was plenty room in communal areas for us.

Lovely farmhouse in a good location to explore the Broads. Our only comment is that the entrance from the main road is a little hard to find especially in the dark and a bit difficult to get back out onto the main road. We enjoyed our stay.

It was a very nice cottage, large spacious and felt like everything in details were thought of. warm, cosy and beautiful. The outside at the back of the house was beautiful as well but we had a difference of opinion between us as I felt that locking the gates to the outside fields made it safe for the kids whereas my husband felt that it was limiting. Bottom line Marsh farm was fantastic and we loved it.

Lovely place however the road leading into and out of the property is very dangerous, it is a blind spot, a mirror would assist.

Home from home, everything you needed was there. A nice welcome from Linda nothing was too much bother. It was nice waking up in the mornings to see foxes, badgers and a great variety of birds in the garden.Would definitely stay here again.
