Generally very good, pleasant greeting and tour round. Kitchen equipment, and some crockery needed washing before use. Down stairs bathroom window could not be secured because handle was broken and could easily be opened from the outside at any time. It is easy to be negative however we had a lovely stay and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves, helped by glorious weather and lovely location. Would recommend this to friends, plenty of space downstairs and lovely gardens.

We would certainly love to come back for a longer stay, preferably in the summer months when we would have use of the pool!!

Great house, perfectly maintained and the host looked after our every whim, including keeping the pool heated well into Sept. Only negative was that it was v warm. The heating was on because it was September -and we couldn't turn it down!

A great choice for a family holiday with space to relax and enjoy the view, plus safe cycling and walking options from the house. Owner very welcoming and the house is a good combination of homely and a bit of luxury, with spacious rooms and everything we needed, including a ground floor bedroom with ensuite facilities for the senior members of our party of 10. The pool was at the perfect temperature throughout our stay. Well placed to explore the South of the New Forest and South coast e.g. Lymington and Keyhaven. Good pub food available within a 10 minute drive.

We had a great time at Marley Mount - With the good weather we made full use of the pool & Trampoline. The Owners were helpful and unobtrusive. We were unable to turn the heating down which seemed to be at a set temperature this meant the house was hot in some areas, we should have asked about turning it down but were too busy enjoying ourselves to focus on that. We would definitely visit again.

The house was great, the owner was very welcoming and helpful. Cannot ask for more, the company of Mollie the dog and the chickens was great for all, especially the grandchildren. Our stay exceeded expectations and even my bother in law who lives close by was bowled over by the property.
