A nice cottage but disappointed at its location on a busy road. There are no walks directly from the cottage and you have to get in the car to go everywhere, even the pub a 1/4 mile away is not safe to walk to!

Lovely cottage. Spent the weekend with school friends. Definitely intend to return one day. Absolutely loved the deep bath!

A really lovely updated modern traditional farm house with excellent facilities. The fresh free range eggs available on site are delicious and a must to go with your breakfast, cooked in the modern kitchen with its superb facilities.

It was a beautiful house and everything was clean and tidy and had a lovely welcoming feel to it , think the only problem was the traffic noise but everything else including the welcome from the owners was brilliant

Lovely cottage with a gorgeous interior which has been lovingly and expertly renovated. It is by a road though so there is noise from traffic.

Excellent facilities at this property could not ask for more. Traffic noise is present due to its location next to the road but this would not prevent us staying again.

Fantastic place to stay! Only down fall is the location as there is no path to walk along on the side of the busy road. You need to drive or get taxis to the near by town of Glossop of Hayfield. Other than that we will return!

We have been to marl 4 times we love it there and hope to do the same next year, the proprietors always make us very welcome. Would be even better if there was a track for us to walk to the pub the safely, The road is to dangerous to walk along .
