Mariners Quay is a very nice flat with an excellent view and nicely positioned for the restaurant's and shops . Close to the bus stop for trips into Brighton we didn't use the car all week which is a bonus.

A comfortable, warm apartment in the Marina district with a regular bus service into Brighton. Supermarket, cafes and restaurants nearby. Brighton a wonderful city to visit and a base for nearby lovely countryside. The apartment was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. We had a very comfortable stay.

Location ideal, local transport nearby, apartment always clean and tidy, caretaker Sue friendly and very helpful. Have stayed at the apartment for the last 7 years and will hopefully return again. As per other reviews, some furniture is due for replacing, but in no way affected our stay.

On site representative excellent as we had initial issues with the lift not working and wrong keys, but was soon rectified. Excellent apartment but furniture and decor a little tired and beds at the end of their life. A little money spent would make it a great apartment and worth a higher charge. Overall very happy and would stay again.

location and surrounding area really good. Good base for exploring but the property was not as advertised. En suite shower not working, windows and balcony doors couldn't be closed properly, furniture broken, one wardrobe unusable and the other had clothes in it. Bedroom drawers and freezer also had items in them. Had an enjoyable holiday in spite of the accommodation
