Great location. Apartment spotlessly clean. Some furnishings are a little tired and dated, but are now starting to be slowly replaced. This the owner needs to continue with, or may start to lose clients. Sue, the caretaker, very friendly and helpfull. Our 6th time booked the apartment, says it all, and we aim to book next year again.

Spotlessly clean apartment with views over the Marina. Only a few steps away from places to eat and drink. The number 7 bus into the middle of town and onwards to Hove, running every 7 minutes is great. We parked the car in its allocated parking space and didn't move it until the day we left. Sue, who looks after the flat for the owner, is readily accessible if you have any queries and is very helpful about local information. Could maybe have had more comfortable dining chairs, sofas and double bed but none of these would stop us visiting again.

The low rating on comfort and equipment is due to the fact that all furniture were old and very worn out. The kithen was old and a bit broken. Also not clean at all. The beds were very uncomfortable. On the other hand, the location is great and also the caretaker Sue who was very friendly and serviceminded.
