The cottage is in a rural setting and had a rustic feel about it but the kitchen could have done with a bit of tlc. We were disappointed with the shower as it was hand held to use and it would have been nice to have towels provided.

The cottage was lovely. Very well equipped. We had everything we needed. The owners were very welcoming, easily approachable and helpful. The cottage was lovely and warm. It was in November and very cold outside. Heating system most efficient. We spent a most enjoyable week there.

Location excellent as we like to be far from the madding crowd but a long way for a newspaper !!! Cottage adequate and bed comfortable; sufficient equipment if cooking. Overall pretty good all round.

The property was clean and everything was provided, but was certainly not in new condition!. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable and we both had back problems during the stay and afterwards. The settee was small and was the only attempt at comfortable seating but failed. It was very low, uncomfortable and again seen better days. There was not a shower which was a great pity - and electric one could have been put over the bath with ease. Disabled person would have had great problems with the bathing arrangement. The doors were straight out on to the main road which was not ideal for a pet which the bungalow allowed. To sum up I feel everything was old, had been in situ for some time.
