Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Ideally situated. Modern, stylish decor. Exceptionally clean. Three toilets! Electric heating but very warm. Good local restaurants. Beautiful coastal walks on your doorstep. Parking for two cars, essential in Port Issac.

Mainbrace is such a gorgeous property and the perfect size for our family of two adults and two grown up daughters aged 19 and 17. It's certainly useful having ensuites for each bedroom. The bathrooms and kitchen are finished to a high standard and the decoration throughout is bright and modern with a seaside twist. It feels like the owners really care about the apartment being a home from home. There are books and games to use and when we were there a few little Christmas decorations to make it feel seasonal too. The log burner made it feel really cosy in the evenings and in the mornings we could sit in the window seats and watch the world go by. The location in Port Isaac is perfect and it is brilliant that it comes with parking. Port Isaac is a really friendly village with plenty of excellent places to eat and drink and there are views to the harbour, sea and cliffs from Mainbrace which encouraged us to go on some lovely long walks to explore further. All in all a really easy, comfortable and relaxing break - thanks!

This was our second visit to Mainbrace and we cannot wait for the third. A beautiful property that has everything you need. Perfectly decorated with a lovely welcoming atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door. A well equipped kitchen which is a must for foodies like ourselves when you are a stones throw away from some of the freshest fish and shellfish you will ever have. A great location for getting out and about but also great for those cosy days in when the british weather isn't on your side. And the window seats, oh the window seats...just a wonderful place to sit and watch the world go by. A gem of a place and we really can't wait to visit again. Thank you.

The property was very clean, fresh with a lovely welcome of fresh flowers and wine. Comfy beds slept like a log and plenty of hot water. The village right on our door step offering a wide choice of quality food to buy or choose from the popular pubs/ restaurants. A quite place to rest and chill while in easy distance to the many interesting places to visit. Would certainly be looking at going back .
