We enjoyed our stay very much, but we were not told that they were building next door at 8am, and then TV did not work until someone came out on the Friday.

Response on behalf of the owner; Thank you so much for your feedback on magnolia, we are sorry you experienced some building work next to the property, we did not expect this to start until our last booking of the year. We are glad the TV got sorted very quickly. We are so glad you liked the cottage and the surrounding area. There is so much to see and do in this area, we hope you had a chance to visit Dartmoor whilst you were here in Devon.
