We really enjoyed our stay in the cottage and the welcome wine, milk and scones/biscuits etc were much appreciated.

We were very lucky with the weather. But we were also very lucky finding the cottage. Every thing was lovely and clean and tidy. The beds were comfy and the bed linen was spotless. The kitchen had every thing we needed except we could have done with a bowl for the sink as with only two of us there was not enough washing up to put the dish washer on all the time. We had the most enjoyable time. Thank you.

We had an absolutely brilliant stay in Sheringham - Magnolia Cottage is perfect for families. The rooms are larger than I expected so plenty of room for four. Also, great location for exploring Sheringham and further afeild.

We had a fabulous week at Magnolia Lodge. This is one of the best equipped cottages we have stayed in. Spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard. Excellent location and a short walk to Sheringham centre and the beach. Ideal location for exploring the North Norfolk coast. We will return. Just one small improvement please supply a clothes horse to dry clothes indoors during wet weather.

What a lovely comfortable and spotlessly clean place to stay. Its very close to the town and beach. We love Sheringham and this has definately been the best place that we have stayed. Cakes, milk and wine were such a special touch and very much appreciated. Hope to stay again.

Magnolia Lodge is in a great position, clean and comfortable but better lighting in most rooms would make it feel more homely. It is difficult to open windows because of the secondary glazing. With a few changes this property could move from good to excellent. We look forward to a return visit in the future.

Our week at Magnolia Lodge was wonderful. What a lovely spacious house. Large rooms but very cosy and comfortable. In a very quiet part of Sheringham and only a couple of minutes walk to the beach , which our dog loved. It is very close to the coastal footpath, town centre and Sheringham golf course, so lots to do and see. Would definitely go back to Magnolia Lodge and recommend to family and friends.

I new there would be no sea view, but that is the only "fault" I can find, it is excellent in all respects.

Overall excellent but had nowhere to hang or dry wet clothing indoors. Lack of hooks to put dressing gowns and clothes in bathroom or bedroom. Lights diabolical to read by.

We stayed at Magnolia Lodge in October. The house is lovely and very comfortable and comes well equipped. The rooms are spacious and the house was very clean. There was everything you could need if the kitchen including some milk, wine and biscuits which was a lovely touch. Free WiFi and sky Q is also available in the cottage. We used the house as a base as there's not an awful lot in Sheringham, quite small in fact. But it was a great base for visiting Norfolk and also a trip to Sandringham which I would highly recommend. We arrived late which wasn't a problem, keys are collected a from a house a few doors up, there is room for 2 cars and plenty of street parking. And it's a very short walk into Sheringham.
