Had a lovely time - I think it's the 7th or 8th time I've stayed here, sadly just a long weekend this time rather than here for a week. As cat friendly as ever, and a lovely warm welcome from Penny and Andrew. I love the comfy new sofa - I wasn't indoors too much, but it will encourage me to visit when the evenings are drawing in earlier.

Very nice cottage on a working farm. The owners were most welcoming and hospitable - the farm fresh eggs and homemade shortbread were a very welcome touch. It was also nice to be able to walk through the farm and see the pigs, chickens and sheep. The property is well placed for access to East Sussex and Kent. There are some great places to visit within an hour's drive.

Wonderful cottage, was made to feel so welcome - eggs from their chickens and a homemade cake welcomed us, as well as directions to the pub!! Which was only a 10-15 min walk away. Close to lots of historical attractions and lots of walking - we will be back!!

Last minute booking but everything easy and straightforward. Greeted when we arrived, also lovely home made coffee and walnut cake, along with 6 eggs from owner's hens. Extremely well-equipped and well-designed accommodation, within the limitations of a converted, listed cow byre. Only there for four nights but managed to visit Camber, Dungeness, Hastings, Rye Harbour NR, Bexhill and Battle.
