We have just returned from an amazing holiday. We loved the refurbished farmhouse and we saw the owl, the deer, and the hare. A beautiful place to relax, and we will return .

We had a nice stay and would be happy to go back again next year with our family, There was six adults and two boys of two and a half, we had ample room as not to be under each other's feet. The play area and games room was a big hit. Good for seeing round the east coast.

I love this property! I think this was my fourth visit. My small reservations are 1. The heated towel rail in the en-suite not working 2. The need for more hooks or towel rails in there. 3. Not enough lamps in the sitting room. Otherwise, the property is excellent.

Location and accomodation were perfect. Great garden for our dog and excellent walks right beside the house. Good pubs nearby - the Ivanhoe and Scalby Mills an easy walk and the Hayburn Wyke an excellent stop if you are going further.
