An absolutely stunning property with some of the most beautiful views I have ever seen. We had an amazing weekend and look forward to returning next year. Many thanks for the delicious cake we had on arrival, it was a lovely touch

What an amazing place to stay... the views are outstanding that really don't look real! The hot tub was an added bonus at night as you could watch the sun go down over Cors Caron. The Barn is ideally situated near to Tregaron where there is a lovely pub/restaraunt (The Talbot). We managed to visit lots of places (Devils Bridge, Dolaucothi Gold mine, New Quay for mackerel fishing, Aberaeron, Aberystwyth and horse riding in Rheidol) which are within 30 mins drive. The phone/Internet reception varies on different networks (O2 definitely has no coverage 😀) so if you rely on your phone for sat nav just be aware that you may not get any! The bedrooms are all very spacious and very clean and the beds are very comfy. All the rooms have plenty of draws and wardrobes too. The 2 bathrooms have lovely powerful showers. We all loved playing on the pool table throughout the day/evening (especially the kids/bigger kids!) The upside down layout of the Barn works perfectly, as you get the amazing views through the picture window. It also means that you can go straight into the bathrooms from the hot tub which means you don't drip water throughout the place. The added bonus of play area for the kids and a 12ft trampoline was a lovely suprise too, as this isn't advertised on the website. Gwilym and his family made us feel so welcome and we would definitely recommend staying here to anyone. Thank you xxx

Llwynywynau Isaf Barn is set in a beautiful, peaceful location and the view from the large window in the living room is breathtaking. The property is clean and well equipped and it was great to have a large multi-purpose living area upstairs that allowed us all to be together when meals were being prepared etc. The owner and family were warm and welcoming and very helpful. The only downside of the whole experience of the Barn was that the peace of the bedrooms could be disturbed due to the noise the upper floor made when people were moving in the living area.

Friendly helpful hosts. A great location with good views yet only a few miles from a small town with all amenities, shop and an excellent place to eat. Well heated, comfortable beds and good showers. A good place for a group of friends.

What a beautiful barn! We thoroughly enjoyed a week here, with 10 of us in our party and we loved it! Idyllic views. Great facilities including a pool table in the open plan kitchen/lounge/dining room which is great as you can all be in the same room together. Great hot tub also, again overlooking beautiful scenery. Great for kids as there's a play area including trampoline, a Wii, and jigsaws and puzzles if there's a rainy day in Wales. Definitely would recommend!

Beautiful barn in a stunning location. The hot bara brith on arrival was tasty and made the barn smell gorgeous!! The hot tub looks over the view, it really is the most peaceful place on earth. There's a trampoline and kids swing and slide too which was an added bonus. The Chinese takeaway was really tasty and only ten minutes away. We didn't have any bath or hand towels but I didn't check they were supplied I just assumed!the hottub was great but it was quite an older one so it took a while to get hot unlike some of the new versions. Also it probably needed chemicals added as it had started to smell a little by Monday morning. Best weekend we've had as a family and the family were fab!!!

Fantastic stay! The hot tub was a great addition and very clean. Location was great, although not easy to find but Mr Jenkins was so kind and came to meet us so we didn't get lost! The only negative is the creaky floorboards which can be heard from everywhere downstairs so if people are walking around upstairs it's rather difficult to sleep; other than this, we enjoyed our stay immensely and wouldn't hesitate to rebook again, thank you so much! And the homemade cake brought for us was a lovely touch and delicious too!
