A beautiful location of a comfortable cottage, offered by really friendly people who are genuinely interested in the comfort and wellbeing of their guests. The area is full of surprising beauty spots if you are prepared to seek them out. Cottage was well furnished and very comfortable and as the evenings were quite chilly we lit the woodburner and it soon had the cottage nicely warmed. Beds were fine, shower and toilet facilities what one would expect and we are planning for a return trip later this year.

We had a lovely stay at lloft Stabal that was made all the better by the most friendly and hospitable of hosts. The cottage is very well set out and, whilst small it does not feel so as the space is used very intelligently. The fire place was a joy at this time of year and the owners provided plenty of wood to use. Our little girl loved being on the farm with all the cows, sheep and the big brown bull! The immediate area is lovey with the river banwy winding through the valley in easy walking distance. The local pub and cafe are a short drive away both providing good meals. This is a nice central area of Wales with easy access to a lot of the main attractions in Snowdonia and the border regions/Shropshire. I’d highly recommend this cottage for small families and couples.

Unfortunately we had to cut our holiday short due to a family bereavement. The owners Ann and Tom were very understanding and we assured them that there was nothing wrong with the cottage and we would come back again.

Lovely cottage in beautiful setting and the owners, Ann and Tom were very welcoming without being intrusive. Please note that this property is, as stated in the description, on a working farm.
