What an amazing place, a real home from home! It feels remote but it is only a short drive into the nearest town. Not one thing i needed was missing, the kitchen was beautifully equipped, the oven was a pleasure to cook with and the house was spacious yet cozy. The best part though was the views, took my breath away when i first saw them.

Fabulous location and beautiful setting. Full of character farmhouse. Really enjoyed our stay here. Would recommend to friends and family and would definitely stay here again.

We had a fabulous time - three generations of family together in a most beautiful area and a large comfortable home. The 8-year old loved her own enormous (she felt) bed and bedroom. The weather was changeable but there is so much to do both around the house and further afield. One day all were drenched on a fantastic long walk from the house. Another day four spent five hours on an adventure down a slate mine whilst the other three had a more leisurely day in Dolgellau and at the Mary Jones experience near Bala - well worth a visit.

Great time away with family in a beautiful area. We went in April, had pretty good weather and lovely to see lambs everywhere. Cottage was warm, clean, spacious. Barmouth beach easy to get to and was beautiful, lots of walks to do, Snowdon not too far. Thanks for lovely time, we would come again.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks here. A beautiful house with plenty of room and all the comforts of home- a true home away from home. A relaxing time - the farmer was very friendly. If you have a dog that barks at animals, beware as, even though the garden is fully enclosed, the sheep often lean against the wire fence! Thankfully my puppy got used to them pretty quickly. The only negative is that it is so far away from anything - we wanted a quiet relaxing holiday so was perfect for us

We stayed here for a long weekend with my family. It is a lovely spacious home perfect for the 8 of us and a baby. We had food one night at the cross foxes which I would recommend a short drive away. Please note you need to bring things like soap and toilet roll which we weren't really expecting and I haven't had to bring in any other self catering holiday let's. The location is really nice and beautiful views!
