We spent a lovely week at Little Tern at the end of August. We were really impressed by the cottage - it was clean, well-equipped and in a great location. The welcome pack was delightful too!

Little Tern is a beautiful cottage in an amazing location. So close to the beach and a lovely village. As a family of four with two young children we had a wonderful time here. The cottage was really clean, kitchen was well equipped and the living area was very cosy. If any downside the lack of dishwasher for a family is a negative bit is manageable. No phone signal or WiFi can be a downside but made you truley switch off. We had a wonderful time here and I would recommend to a small family looking for a beach getaway and base for exploring east norfolk.

Perfect for the two of us with our dog. Loved the peace and quiet, the proximity to the dunes, the village and friendly local people. Walked for miles and enjoyed eating at the Dunes Cafe and the Nelson Head. Very helpful owners and great welcome pack.

we had a lovely week at Little Tern. Everything you could want in the cottage. The village and local pub are very dog friendly and the sand dunes and beach are a few minutes walk away.Amanda the owner made us feel very welcome when she popped round to introduce herself.

Little Tern is in a really good location, being so close to the beach and in a very nice village. The beach is very popular with dog owners. Lots and lots We found the cottage very small, especially the double bedroom, there being such a little amount of room around the bed. Not really a suitable cottage for 4 adults as the twin room is linked to the double.
