Perfect for the two of us with our dog. Loved the peace and quiet, the proximity to the dunes, the village and friendly local people. Walked for miles and enjoyed eating at the Dunes Cafe and the Nelson Head. Very helpful owners and great welcome pack.

we had a lovely week at Little Tern. Everything you could want in the cottage. The village and local pub are very dog friendly and the sand dunes and beach are a few minutes walk away.Amanda the owner made us feel very welcome when she popped round to introduce herself.

Little Tern is in a really good location, being so close to the beach and in a very nice village. The beach is very popular with dog owners. Lots and lots We found the cottage very small, especially the double bedroom, there being such a little amount of room around the bed. Not really a suitable cottage for 4 adults as the twin room is linked to the double.

We had a very comfortable stay at Little Tern. The cottage is well equipped with everything you need, cosy and perfect for our short stay for the three of us. All very clean and well looked after by the owners. Handy welcome pack on arrival. Local amenities and beach all within five minutes walk. Lots to see and do nearby including The Broads, Coast, Wildlife Park and Adventure Parks. We would recommend Little Tern to a small family or couple looking for peace and quiet. Thank you Amanda and Mark for making us feel welcome, see you again soon.

Our third year at Little Tern. Again, not disappointed! Just the hubby, the dog and me. We loved every minute and hope to return again next year. We love walking our dog along the (almost) deserted beach, and then stopping at the Dunes Cafe at the end of our walk, for delicious refreshments! The cottage is ideally situated in the very friendly village of Winterton-on-Sea. If you love being on the coast, within a short walk to the beach, away from all the hustle and bustle of everyday life, then this is ideal. Dog-friendly too - which is imperative for us! We love it!!
