The cottage is well situated for access to Cambridge and the surrounding area. Good parking off the road. Pubs nearby but shops further away, but it does clearly say that on the website. All instructions in cottage very clearly labelled and it was well equipped thorughout. Lovely little garden to sit out in good weather. Everything was very good apart from the BEDS. They were so HARD with very thin mattresses, especially the twin beds. Sadly, this spoilt the cottage to such an extent that we left a few days earlier than planned, (we noticed other visitors had made similar comments about the beds in the visitors book). It was such a shame and, should the beds be improved, we would then return to Little Fosse, but not before.

We had perfect weather so that helped. We loved the selcuded rear yard/garden to sit out in. Convenient for Cambridge and other sites we wanted to visit. The village lacks any amenities like a place to get supplies and getting to the shop in Fen Ditton for a paper is a problem in the morning because of queuing commuters. We enjoyed a meal at the pub. The cottage is homely and suited us well.
