Lovely clean, warm and spacious house to suit everyone’s needs. This was the fourth stay for our family and pets and the house remains pretty much the same inside as our first visit 10 years ago. Hugh sitting room and smaller cosy sitting room are great, both with open fires and easy chairs. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, crockery and utensils but maybe a few items could do with replacing as they are showing signs of age and ware. The washing machine, tumble dryer and boiler room for drying clothes is very handy. Some of the beds proved troublesome for some family members who are used to firmer beds, causing some back discomfort and maybe the quilts are a little small for the beds. Lovely, fenced in garden with chairs and plenty of room for the dogs to roam around safely and views across open fields. Close to the North Norfolk coast with all it has to offer, I would definitely recommend a long walk at Holkham Beach. There is a pay and display parking area which is not cheap, £3 for two hours and then rising to £5 for three hours. We opted for two hours which proved perfect for a long walk along the vast, open beach and then back through the pine trees. The skies were a never ending sea of blue, without a cloud in sight. This place is a dog walkers paradise and would highly recommend a visit. All in all the house is very good value for money for a large group of friends and family with their furry friends and would definitely visit again.

A great place to stay for a family celebration. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the owner, who had laid a lovely log fire in the living room. The house is spacious and comfortable with everything you would need. The grounds are wonderful especially for our dogs to run around in. The bedrooms are spacious with good quality linens and towels. We felt very relaxed here. I would thoroughly recommend it for a family get together or friends get together.

Wonderful house which suited our family perfectly. We stayed in January so couldn’t see the garden in its glory but it was beautiful even in the middle of winter. Will definitely be back.

we enjoyed a wonderful week with family and friends at Little Barwick, celebrating New Year and my wife's 60th birthday. There were 14 in our party and the accommodation was excellent, very spacious and comfortable and easily capable of taking a group of this size, with room for people to "do their own thing" if necessary. The garden too was extensive and with 2 dogs in the party this proved to be perfect for our needs. We would recommend Little Barwick as the perfect place for a larger party who would enjoy a holiday in a rural position with good walking and beaches a short drive away. We look forward to returning for another holiday.

Gorgeous house, so much character and space. We loved the garden, the big hall where dogs could sleep, the fire being lit to welcome us, the well equipped kitchen, the big bedrooms and the warm welcome from the owner. We've already booked it again.

This is the second year our group of friends have stayed at Little Barwick. We have found the property very spacious and well equipped with plenty of off road parking. Only a short drive from other attractions and the coast.

Wonderful house and gardens for our annual family reunion. Five adults and six children 2 - 9 years. We all absolutely loved the space. Bonus was the boiler room - a new experience to dry outdoor clothes overnight when we had some rain. Food and wine were delivered so we did not eat out - no need. Went to our favourite beach at West Runton which evoked so many memories for us and hopefully now for our six grandchildren. Lots of NT properties although sadly Sandringham was closed because of the flower show.

Very spacious house, we had a large family gathering and had a lovely weekend. The garden and grounds were very nice which we all enjoyed. The owner was especially welcoming and generous. We would love to return one day.

Another great stay at Little Barwick, the house is always spotless and inviting, and the gardens are beautiful at this time of year. A sun umbrella in the garden would be welcome addition to the garden, otherwise a lovely tranquil place to stay.
