Lovely quiet location to get away from it all. Very clean. Perfect for a small family.

The lodge was very comfortable and well equipped although there needs to be better instructions for the grill, heating, TV etc. The dishwasher was also not working. A number on the lodge would also be helpful. Ideal location for exploring Sewerby Hall, Bridlington, Flamborough Head, Filey and walks on the nearby Yorkshire Wolds and coastal path. There was also a 25% for playing golf on the Bridlington Links golf course. The restaurant at the Golf House closed at 4.00 pm from 16 October for winter opening hours limiting the eating options within walking distance of the lodge. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Sofas need replacing as very uncomfortable and patio table was peeling but apart from that we were very happy with everything there and it was very clean. The site would benefit from a local shop within walking distance.

Second time here came with the grandchildren. Only downside one of the residents complained about the children riding up and down on their bikes. They are only six and just getting confident about cycling. The property itself is very clean all though the decking and fencing are in need of attention.
