Shops, pub and restaurant 200 yards.

    Excellent location. Plenty of room in the property. The two sofas in the TV lounge are past their best and are really uncomfortable and need replacing

    A very large, interesting period property in a good location. Great value for money if fully occupied.Kitchen well stocked, rooms large, light and airy. Excellent bathroom. Ideas for improvement- seating sagging and uncomfortable. Beds VERY firm - not comfortable.

    Excellent location nr the beach, shops and restaurants. If you like quirky this is the place for you. The rooms are enormous -especially loved the pool room, had loads of fun in there. The only criticism i have is we were disappointed that the back door was locked and you have to go out of the front door and inbetween the houses to get to the back garden, other than that brilliant.
