Very quiet location. Julia the owner made sure our stay was perfect. Could not wish for better. Would certainly stay there again if staying in that area.

Great holiday , the cottage was spotless and had everything you could need in it. It was off the beaten track and you definitely needed a car as everything was quite a distance away. I had looked for a cottage with wifi to keep my teenager ( and husband ) happy, however the wifi was very intermittent which was frustrating. Having said all that we had a great week and I wouldn't hesitate to go there again.

Superb cottage, quiet and private, perfect for a get-away-from-it-all holiday. Also reasonably close to boating areas for exploring the broads.

The cottage is beautifully clean and well equipped, it's spacious and the welcome pint of milk biscuits left for us was a lovely touch. The cottage is in a very quiet and peaceful area the downside is you need to drive to Stalham or Yarmouth for any shops. A lovely place to unwind and spend an evening, although after spotting the cottage next door had a hot tub I wouldn't miss d that for next time.

Beautifully appointed cottage with plenty of equipment (would have liked set of kitchen scales and spaghetti server) but loads of plates etc. Good stock of books and dvd's. Beds comfortable and lovely space to sit out in on an evening when returning from a day out, although nesting pigeons were a pest. Tea and sugar and a carton of milk were provided together with a pack of biscuits. The location was pleasant but a bit remote. It would have been nice to be in a village with a shop and pub, but all in all a good place to holiday.

We were extremely comfortable in Lily Broad Cottage. It would have been very helpful if there were one or two more hooks on which to hang outdoor coats etc especially if the weather was bad. A very small thing but it really is a beautiful cottage. The owners (close by) were extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone.

We had a very comfortable stay and all our needs met. Cottage equipment was first class I have never seen such quality in a hire cottage ! I have rated local amenities lower because we only used the church on Christmas Day and that was A1. We did not use other attractions ! One of us is a wheel chair user and the owner ensured his needs were met.
