Had a great time in Port Isaac staying at this very cute little cottage. Enjoyed exploring the surrounding area and driving through the tiny roads. Leatside is in an ideal position and very nicely presented.

We enjoyed our stay. This cottage is in a great location and it's very comfortable. Plus points include BT home hub with catch up tv (perfect for entertaining the kids), nice furniture and kitchen. Really would benefit from a stand in shower though, tea towels, first aid kit and brush for sweeping sand off kitchen floor. Needs a bit of TLC here and there, but owners are redecorating soon apparently. Window cushions a bit mouldy, as is kitchen sink surround, and hob a bit rusty, but I'm sure they'll address these small things.

Poorly maintained, broken windows, decoration inadequate ,toilet seat needed attention, dirty kitchen, plaster falling out in places, old fashioned decoration.

It clearly has seen seen better days and is desperately in need of redecorating. The front door is really dirty and paint is peeling off the outside. When we turned up our response was "Oh god, what have we rented" . The lounge also had paint peeling off the walls due to damp. It was a struggle to open kitchen cupboard doors as they did not fit and scrapped the floor.

Response on behalf of the owner; We we are very grateful for the feedback and we are going to give the property an overhaul.
