this is our second perfect stay at leagarth my elderly father and his dog love the lay out of cottage - all on one level - we feel like a family without being on top of one another - enclosed garden and lovely walks either around the farm fields or there are so many places to visit with dog friendly areas that are very close by - even at this unseasonable time of year ! we look forward to returning next year kindest thoughts to penny and her welcome and ( tracey ? ) the cleaner who does such an excellent job ps one very minor comment - there is a well placed hand rail by the front door - but perhaps an additional handrail down by the steps from the gate to the front garden would help - this is no way a negative comment - the steps are gentle and wide well ppositioned and easily negotiable just every bit of confidence helps when you are getting older

We thought this was a lovely cottage, spacious, very nicely presented and with everything you could possibly need.

Lovely cottage and location, but not, in our opinion 5 star as just not luxurious enough for that. However, it is comfortable, board and wood flooring a bonus with dogs. Sitting room very cosy. Nice garden with good seating options. Owner was helpful and friendly and we enjoyed our stay and found cottage ideally situated for most tourist attractions. It was a joy to be able to see a proper night sky with an abundance of stars on display!

A very comfortable and well equipped cottage, we were pleased to find that our hosts were kind enough to stock the place with essentials such as tea and coffee. The once working the WiFi was a bit slow, but did the job We'd certainly consider staying here again

This was our second visit to Leagarth and it didn't disappoint. We loved it as much as the first time. Every window offers a beautiful view and the sound of the sheep 'baaing' is an absolute delight. It's such a safe place to bring children (2 & 4), we definitely hope to return for a third visit one day. The cottage is so clean and comfortable. We were so sad to leave. You do have to drive to get to places but it is worth it to have such a lovely dwelling to come home to.

Excellent place to stay but a bit light on kitchen equipment when cooking for 5 or 6 people.

Leagarth was clean, spacious & comfortable. The location was great and it was nice to have a view of the orchard and sheep. All in all we had a lovely time. It would have been nice to have a few more towels and the shower could have been a bit more powerful, but apart from that, a good time was had by all. Thank you.

Really enjoyed the comfort of the cottage. Lovely comfortable lounge room, and especially enjoyed the mini pool table.
