An excellent cottage the pictures do not do it justice. Fantastic views, lovely to see the lambs in the field. Everything you need. Everything was very good quality. Local supermarket is near and very good. Rye has many restaurants.

Absolutely loved staying at Lea Farm what a wonderful setting! The views from the garden of Bullock Lodge are stunning. The cottage is beautiful and well equipped and the bathroom shower an absolute treat! Our hosts Penny and Ben were superb, so friendly and accommodating. They let us bottle feed some lambs who were only a day old (I completely fell in love) and we also saw some lambs being born. The lambs in the fields behind the cottage were a treat to watch especially at dusk when they jumped and skipped, so sweet. Absolutely recommend staying here there are really nice pubs to eat in which are a short drive away and a lovely farm shop only a few minutes drive away. All in all a lovely stay, only downside we only stayed the weekend which wasn't long enough! Will definitely be going back x

Our second holiday at Bullock Lodge, and it didn't disappoint. A warm welcome awaited us. We had a wonderful week in Rye, loved seeing the new born lambs, very much enjoying the peace and tranquility. We particularly liked the new shower. I have no doubt we'll be visiting again. Thank you

Location excellent, cottage 7 out of 10 would have been higher but for mould in shower room. The walks from the cottage are a reason to stay at bullock cottage and lea farm

A lovely holiday cottage in beautiful surroundings. Perfect location for exploring the West Sussex Coast. The kids loved all the sheep on the farm. Our only criticism, having stayed here two years ago is that it is now in need of some redecorating and modernisation of the bathroom.

Lovely farm location Beautiful views Very homely Bathroom could do with updating, especially the shower- there wasn't much water pressure and it needs re-grouting

Response on behalf of the owner:- We appreciate your comments. We agree the bathroom needs updating and plan to carry this work out over the winter months.
