A warm welcome from owners Chris and Sue. A well appointed cottage in a lovely location with good walks on the doorstep. Ideal location for anyone with a small boat. Good food available at nearby pubs.

We use holiday homes about three or four times a year and Lawithick Barn is probably the best one we have ever stayed in. It is really well thought out, very comfortably equipped with big soft fluffy towels, a comfy five foot bed and the whole place is so, so clean. The beautiful gardens surrounded us, teaming with birds and flowers, with a small private patio to sit out in and enjoy a glass of wine. We arrived to brightly coloured, freshly picked, flowers and homemade flapjacks on the table. A lovely welcome. We were on a sailing holiday and had our boat moored in Mylor Harbour, we could park our trailer outside the cottage, and walk the 200m to the boat each day. The added bonus is that we had really good sailing weather, not always the case in Cornwall.

The location was perfect, a few minutes walk to the marina where there were two great restaurants, perfect for lunch and dinner. The accommodation was wonderful and itself in a beautiful location, set in the gardens of the owners converted farmhouse. The owners were on site and very friendly, helpful and welcoming but never imposing or interfering. A perfect holiday in a perfect place that we will definitely return to.

A lovely cottage that gives you the comfort you need on a holiday. Situated in a lovely and peaceful location the cottage gives you fairly easy access to the rest of Cornwall. The owners stay out of your way, in fact we never met them! A great place to stay.

A very charming and well equipped barn located close to a beach, toasty warm and welcoming. The owners were friendly and helpful and the outside space was well thought out. We would certainly return as it also offers access to local attractions.
