It is set on a private road with no through traffic - except maybe some sheep! The local village of Mulranney has pubs, shops, hotel with leisure centre, restaurants and a Blue Flag beach. Ballycroy village is within 10 minutes’ drive. The sheltered bay in front of the house is ideal for windsurfing or canoeing with swimming from the shingle shore. There is a dinghy sailing school, and free salmon and sea-trout fishing available nearby. Shops, pubs and restaurants 8 miles.
