Lovely place and a very welcoming touch with fresh flowers and creamed teas didn't what to leave

We had the most lovely week at Lantern Cottage. Brimming with old world charm, yet well equipped with everything we needed. It is quite small but adequate for 4. The bedrooms and kitchen are very nice. A cream tea was waiting for us when we arrived and was very much enjoyed. The rooftop terrace is a lovely spot and we enjoyed breakfast there. There are a few steps up to the cottage and nore to the terrace so may not be suitable for those with difficulties walking. We had 2 small children with us though, including an infant and had no real problems. Parking is readily available but is quite costly we felt at £5.50 from tea time to 10 am and had I not had my blue badge the cost of parking all day would have been significant. Just 2 minutes walk to the picturesque and bustling harbour with an abundance of shops, pubs and cafes. The perfect place to watch the world go by. Close to many lovely little coves and beaches, our particular favourite being Gorran Haven, less than 3 miles away. This really is the most perfect spot.
