The place it self is OK the only thing, it was just too lonely and gloomy for us personally. The area has very little to do and anytime you want to go anywhere it is a stressful drive down narrow lanes. As others have said the cleanliness isn't great. Although it is a naturally beautiful area/cove everywhere seems very run down and unloved even people's gardens The walk to Mousehole and back is fantastic though

A lovely stay in this little cottage, with my husband & our little dog. Loved the fact that the cottage next door was the studio & stables of artist Alfred Munnings during the years up to WW1. Enjoyed the whole area & coming home after a day out to this tranquil place was lovely & relaxing. I would go there again.

Lovely setting, well equiped, very comfortable bed. Could do with a little updating in the bathroom (no proper shower) and odd door handles not working properly. Could have been cleaner, on arrival spent some time dusting and getting rid of old spider webs, some complete with the occupants. Overall though a lovely little place to stay.
