Nestled within 90 acres of a beautiful part of the South Tyne valley, this cluster of barn conversions have been recently developed to create holiday cottages to a superior standard and can be booked individually or collectively to accommodate extended parties. Each property has oak flooring; is well equipped with many modern appliances suitable for contemporary living and tastefully furnished throughout. This complex is in a very private setting and offers the additional bonus of being only 50 yards from the trout and salmon rich South Tyne River, where fishing is available on a pre booked basis for a fee dependent on month of the salmon season.
Ground Floor: Heated by oil fired central heating the accommodation has a 33ft open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room and comprises: Lounge area: With colour TV and DVD. Kitchen area: With electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer.
First Floor: Bedroom 1: With double bed. Bedroom 2: With twin beds and en suite facilities with shower enclosure, WC and wash basin. Bathroom: With shower over bath, W.C and basin.
All fuel, power, bed linen and towels provided. Cot and highchair available on request.Shared use of Wi-fi facility Use of shared games room with football table, wall-mounted flat screen TV and pool table available at all times. .Shared use of a BBQ hut which can sit 14 people. Shared courtyard with furniture, off road parking for 2 cars. Two small pets welcome by prior arrangement. Lambley Farm Cottages can be booked individually or together to accommodate extended parties of up to 32 people. Use of a shared 8 person sauna.
