The enclosed solar heated swimming pool, occasionally used by the owner, is set down a few steps and the garden overlooks the Rhume Hill and the Basque Pyrénées. A delightful terrace to the front of the house is ideal for evening meals and there is a barbecue area and verandah. For golf addicts, there are several international golf courses all around such as Chantaco, Ibaritz and Arcangues. Also very good hiking trails that wind through the nearby countryside and the Pyrénées. Biarritz is ideal for shopping as well as browsing along the sea front or tasting delicious basquaise food from one of the many restaurants. Don’t miss the charming harbour of Saint Jean-de-Luz, with lively bars at night with traditional feasts all year round.
