We had a very warm welcome from the owner, who made us feel at home. The cottage was beautifully renovated, with a good heating system so even in November we were very cosy. The cottage was very well equipped and had everything we could wish for. It was an ideal location for us as the beach was just a short walk through town, with the hills and Exmoor on the door step.

Very clean, comfortable and well furbished cottage. Great location on the edge of Minehead with good views, an excellent base for exploring Exmoor and within walking distance of the town centre.

This cottage contains all the equipment you could possible want. Very tastefully decorated and only a 15-20 mins walk into Minehead. Very clean, just as good as the photos. Would very much recommend it.

stunning! An outstanding place to stay. the cottage was clean and excellently equipped lounge kitchen and bedrooms all well laid out. kitchen comes with everything you'll need from clothes pegs to ice trays! bathroom has great shower but water pressure weak and steam takes a while to vent but that minor thing should not detract from the cottage as a whole because it's such a wonderful place. just a tiny bit of constructive criticism. We would most definitely stay here again without question. If only the M5 was as lovely!

Recently stayed here for weekend break. Thorouhgly enjoyed our stay, cottage is very well appointed with some lovely touches and attentuon to detail, welcome pack was a real nice touch too especially when arriving as late as we did. Could not think of anything else we could possibly have needed. Situated in a fairly quiet location with a good sea view and only a very short journey into the town. Dogs loved it too with there being s large garden area at the cottage and plenty og dog friendly beaches and places nearby. Would also highly reccommend a visit to the very impressive Dunster castle. Our compliments to Tracey the owner ans would most definitely stay again.
