Absolutely lovely cottage. Had a great stay and excellent value for money. The owners are wonderful and on hand (including even phone charger disasters!) for any queries/issues. We all had an absolutely brilliant time in a lovely part of the world. Highly recommended.

Knoll Cottage was a last minute booking for us and was a complete find! The cottage is very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The clean and roomy hot tub is well covered in a small out building of its own (handy for a chilly november night!). In the summer the cottage would be great as it has a nice garden, conservatory and patio with BBQ. Kids would love the animals at the bottom of the garden, especially Shrek the pig who likes a good scratch behind the ears! Its in a great location for walking and has several good pubs just a short drive away. The owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Paulines craft studio in the beautifuly kept gardens was a real treat to browse and we all bought several Christmas presents before leaving!

Lovely cottage in a nice area although a little remote from shops if that's important. Very helpful and friendly owner. Large garden with a small wood and basic treehouse which the kids loved. They also liked the pigs & goats but really liked the hot tub - a real bonus. Would have been nice to have had WiFi but not really important.

Lovely cottage. Pristine condition inside with a lovely big private garden just as pictured in the photograph, comfortable beds too. The hot tub is a bonus, take flip fops for the short walk across the gravel.

The cottage was lovely; exactly as described and perfect for our stay. The hot tub was a great bonus! As was the lovely animals and picturesque scenery. And it's fantastic value for money! The owner was very helpful both when we arrived and when planning for the stay. If being very picky, because there was five of us, a dishwasher would have been handy, as would another shower-but it was exactly as the description and it didn't affect our stay. We also found turning the heating down a little tricky to work out and a bit more information in the cottage would have helped. We all had a great time and would definitely return!
