Our stay at Kingsley Cottage was thoroughly enjoyed by all especially our terrier Bessie who really enjoyed the beach which is just a few metres away, there are plenty of local pubs nearby doing great food we really liked the Instow arms and John's for Breakfast in the dog friendly cafe.

Parking can sometimes be challenging. We have stayed there 3 times now and always enjoyed our week but it is now getting a bit tired and needs some maintenance. Wind rattling letterbox, small water leaks, loose door handles and very noisy plumbing are all minor but collectively irritating. Some have been that way for over 2 years! That said we could still go back as the location is awesome.

Had a enjoyable holiday in Kingsley Cottage been before will go again. The parking can be a problem sometimes, something the local council should consider, perhaps owner/resident parking permits. as ever loved Instow.

Great location to explore Devon. Parking difficult but we were out all day and still manage to get a space later on. Beautiful view off instow beach to stroll on and watch sun go down.

Lovely cottage in perfect location for this dog loving couple & mum-in-law! The cottage looks a little tired in places but in no way did this affect our stay. Parking can be an issue (our car parked next to door was dented) and would also think in the height of summer restrictions would cause further issues. The front bedroom was a little noisy late at night or early in the mornings as pub over the road. Courtyard is lovely, if small outdoor space.
