This is a comfortable cottage and we enjoyed our stay. The toilet and shower room accessed via the kitchen are not heated and can be a little chilly, but we survived. Overall this is a reasonable value cottage.

Lovely cottage in a rural location that is only a short drive to town as well as road and rail connections.

We had a lovely stay at Kingshill Farm Cottage, it was a perfect location for us. The accommodation was very comfortable for our family and our dog, we are local to the area but needed accommodation while work was being carried out at our house. We would happily stay there again if the need arises in the future.

Very cosy and comfy, good location for the Home Counties and London. Quiet, nice garden, very clean. Only issue is we would have preferred an en-suite in the main bedroom to ease pressure (with two teenagers) on the main bathroom.

Great place for a family get together. Big kitchen and comfy lounge set the scene for happy times and great conversations. A sofa bed in the lounge would have helped accomodate us all a little more comfortably but plenty of space for six adults. Two bathrooms and two living areas to spread out in. Everything in good condition and spotlessly clean. It did exactly what was needed. The fresh eggs and farm milk left for us also added a generous welcoming touch.

Really super find and great place for our family to stay. Kids loved the garden with added bonus seeing the calves at feeding time. We loved it! Thank you.
