Spacious and comfortable, albeit dated like the town. Great view.

Great base in a superb location. Highly recommended. Rothesay town centre is a 10 minute walk, the view from the living room window is gorgeous. I would have given 10/10 but some decor is a bit tired and lack of wifi loses a couple of points. We will be back.

Really good place to stay with all the comforts of home, but with a GREAT view, so many walks, beaches, and the people are so welcoming.

KINGARTH itself was large and well situated with excellent views over the bay. The whole experience has not been rated highly however as Rothesay and Bute generally are very run down and tired with most of the shops, coffee shops and restaurants being well past their 'sell by date'. Mount Stuart is the only thing to make a trip to Bute worthwhile. We will not go back

As last year, an enjoyable stay for the JazzFestival. It would be helpful if an instruction was given to leave the key back in the box thingy at the door. We left it in the house, assuming the cleaner would attend to it, which meant a remonstration from the owner.

Whilst the decor could be refreshed in places (e.g. cracking in the plaster), this apartment is in a wonderful location and has everything you could need for a short stay. Short walk along the promenade to Rothesay centre and Bute is compact enough you can't get lost. One thing to add would be access to wifi, but then it was nice in a way to get away from it. Our dog loved our holiday and it was the perfect babymoon for us. Hopefully can come back another time with the little one, but it probably won't be as relaxing!
