Fantastic for a large family group of mixed ages - pool, pool table, nearby stunning scenery. Really friendly landlady, spotlessly clean house throughout, well-equipped kitchen, spacious bathrooms. Completely private with high hedges all around the garden.

What a lovely cottage we loved the layout of the cottage with all the rooms and the pool was adjacent to the sitting area which was great so we didn't have to leave or go to a separate building Loved it Ofcourse a lovely part of the country with castle Cave visits and walks ...

Pool etc great but it needs a bit of work, clear out of broken things like fruit machines etc, better seating (there were only 6 of us and baby never would have worked for full capacity) also although within a mile of pub as advertised you can't actually walk to it because of the road

Jenterra is an ideal house for my active grandsons. The pool is excellent facility although never quite warm enough. The garden was excellent and good for football and cricket. Such a shame the gas barbecue had not been maintained as the weather was glorious. All chairs, round the pool and in sitting room, were most uncomfortable. Far to soft and spongy and past their sell by date. Only 8 dining chairs so could not cater for 10 people. Large plates in kitchen not enough had to keep putting dish washer on, same with teaspoons. Freezer broke down so all the food we put in was lost. When paying the price for Jenterra you expect a little more attention to comfort and kitchen equipment.

One of the best holidays we have been on. The house was fantastic, lovely big rooms which were clean. The pool area just made the holiday for us. There was no need for us to go out, the children were happy playing in the pool all day everyday. It was well equipped with everything you could want. We will certainly be returning again next year.

Here two views of this property, firstly well laid out, good bedroom sizes, good storage in all rooms. The pool area excellent space, door leading to patio and on to garden area. The pool itself is a good size and the rope swing adds a little fun, dartboard and pool table are a bonus. Now the small concerns that need to be right the pool was cool not warm and never got warm, even after contacting the owners, who came quickly to see if they could improve the situation, other issues could not control central heating in house.the dartboard light not working, the shower in pool area,we used before going into the pool,a small electric shower was erratic, the other shower is much better. One thing to watch out for is that step between the kitchens, it will catch you . Taking every thing in to account it's well designed house with a good pool area, and well worth a stay

The house is excellent, but the Indoor Pool complex was absolutely fantastic, we all ( from 65yrs to 6 yrs old) had a wonderful time , and Jenny was such a caring owner. Book it if you can you wont be disappointed. After the horrible experience at "The Old Lighthouse" Christmas 2015, we were loath to book another holiday of this kind, however we had been trying to book "Jenterra" for several years, but it was always unavailable, so when it was free for our Half Term this February, we decided to take a chance and WE ARE SO GLAD WE DID!. We will return as often as we can.
