Jane’s Cottage occupies the ground floor of a traditional stone cottage close to the heart of Inverness. Situated in a quiet road close to the banks of the river Ness, it is ideal for couples seeking an affordable city break. The cottage has recently undergone complete refurbishment throughout. The lounge has a leather sofa suite that converts to an occasional bed for extra accommodation. The kitchen has modern, built-in units. The adjoining shower-room is small but beautifully presented with new white suite and tiling throughout. There is a good-sized double bedroom at the front of the cottage.With the amenities and facilities of Inverness right on the doorstep, Jane’s Cottage is centrally located for exploring the whole of the Highland region. Inverness is an enchanting city, with beautiful riverside walks and parks. It also has excellent leisure facilities including a multi-million pound theatre complex, which is just across the river from the cottage, accessed via a pedestrian bridge that spans the river Ness close by. Inverness also has an ice rink, a twelve-screen cinema and a swimming ‘aqua-dome’. There are a wide variety restaurants, cafes and bars, set against the backdrop of the imposing Inverness castle that looks down on the river Ness, which is just a short stroll from the cottage.
